Are Las Vegas pool parties open in November and winter?

The short answer

Mostly no. Nearly every Strip dayclub, including Encore Beach Club, OMNIA Dayclub, TAO Beach, Palm Tree Beach Club, Ayu, LIV Beach and Liquid, finished its season in October and is closed for winter. Three daytime options are open: Marquee Dayclub in its heated Dome Thursday to Sunday, Stadium Swim at Circa every day with heated pools, and Tailgate Beach Club on weekends through the Super Bowl. No dayclub has announced a 2027 opening date yet.

Closed for winter

Strip pool season runs roughly from spring to late September or October. For 2026 these have all finished and none has announced its 2027 date yet:

  • Encore Beach Club and Encore Beach Club at Night, Encore
  • OMNIA Dayclub, Caesars Palace, after its first season
  • TAO Beach, The Venetian
  • Palm Tree Beach Club, MGM Grand
  • Ayu Dayclub, Resorts World
  • LIV Beach, Fontainebleau
  • Liquid Pool Lounge, ARIA
  • Kassi Beach Club, Virgin Hotels

Open right now

  • Marquee Dayclub, The Cosmopolitan. Open in its heated winter Dome, Thursday through Sunday from 11am. This is the only proper Strip DJ day party running through winter, and on race weekend it has Elderbrook on Friday 20 November and Martin Garrix on Saturday 21 November.
  • Stadium Swim, Circa. Open every day of the year with heated pools around a 143 foot screen, with college football on Saturdays, NFL on Sundays and Monday Night Football.
  • Tailgate Beach Club, Mandalay Bay. Open on weekends through the Super Bowl LXI watch party on 14 February 2027, with heated pools and cabanas. Saturday 8:30am to 8pm and Sunday 9am to 9pm.
One-off race weekend events: OMNIA's dayclub and Skybar host a Race Night with JAY-Z on Saturday 21 November from 7pm, and LIV Beach has an apres-race event the same day. Neither means the pool is back open for the season.

What about hotel pools?

A dayclub and a hotel pool are different things. Many resorts keep a heated pool open for their own guests in winter, which is a quiet swim rather than a party. If you want a pool in December, check your own hotel first. If you want a party, it is Marquee's Dome, Stadium Swim or Tailgate.

When do they come back?

No Strip dayclub has announced 2027 dates yet. Openings usually land between March and May, with the big names typically opening around spring break and the rest by Memorial Day weekend. We update the pool parties page as dates are announced.

The better winter plan

Winter is the best time of year for the nightclubs and lounges, and the cheapest for tables.
