When you use a contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, group size and the venues or dates you are interested in. We do this so a host can respond and arrange your reservation.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a request through our website or iOS app, our servers also automatically record technical information: your IP address, the approximate location (country) derived from it, your device or browser type, operating system and app version, and the date and time of the request. We use this only for security, spam and fraud prevention, and to understand where our users come from. We do not use it to track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell it.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, arrange guest lists and tables, and follow up about your trip. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

To book your reservation we may share the necessary details, such as your name and group size, with the venue you choose. We share only what is needed to fulfill your request.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time through our contact form. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts you exchange with a host.
