Las Vegas pool season 2025 is opening: the dayclub calendar

Las Vegas pool season 2025 is opening: the dayclub calendar

Pool season is when Las Vegas is at its best, and it is opening right now. From late spring through the end of summer, the dayclubs run weekend pool parties with the same headline DJs you would see in the nightclubs, except in daylight with a pool in front of you. If you have only done Vegas at night, the daytime scene is a different and frankly better experience for a lot of people. Here is the 2025 calendar, what things cost, and how to get in without overpaying.

When the pools open

The major dayclubs open in stages through April and early May, then run weekends, usually Friday through Sunday, all the way to roughly the end of September. A handful of venues, like the year-round and covered pools, run earlier. The big outdoor parties hit their stride once the weather is reliably warm, which is now. By Memorial Day weekend every major pool is open and the season is in full swing. For the live status of each venue, check the dayclub calendar.

The pools worth your weekend

Each of the big dayclubs has its own personality. Pick by the crowd and the music, not just the name.

  • Encore Beach Club at Wynn is the heavyweight, three tiers of pool, top-tier DJs, and the party that defines the season for a lot of people.
  • Wet Republic at the MGM Grand is the high-energy EDM pool, two saltwater pools and a relentless DJ calendar.
  • Marquee Dayclub at the Cosmopolitan sits up high with a Strip view and a more compact, social layout.
  • Stadium Swim at Circa runs year-round with multiple pools and a giant screen, good for game days and a more laid-back daytime.

What it costs

Pool parties have two ways in. There is general admission, which is a per-person ticket, and there is bottle service at a daybed, cabana or bungalow, which comes with a minimum spend like a nightclub table. Daybeds are the entry-level rented spot, cabanas are larger and shaded, and bungalows are the premium setups with their own space. Minimums climb with the DJ and the day, so a Saturday with a major headliner costs more than a Sunday. Our pricing guide covers how pool minimums compare to nightclub tables. If you want shade and a home base for a group, a bottle service daybed or cabana is worth it. If you just want in, read the next section.

The free pool guest list

Here is the part people miss. Most pools run a free guest list the same way the nightclubs do. Get your names on it ahead of time and you skip the door upcharge and the general line, and you pay nothing for entry. This is the cheapest way to do pool season, and on the right day it gets a group of people in for free who would otherwise be paying a per-person cover. The list has cutoff times, usually earlier in the day, so submit your names the night before. No booking fee from us, ever, just a host who answers your text.

Timing your pool day

Pools open around late morning and the party builds through the afternoon, peaking in the early-to-mid afternoon when the headline DJ plays. Get in by noon if you are using the guest list, because the lines and the cutoff both work against late arrivals. Bring sunscreen, leave the glass at home because pools are plastic-only, and remember that daytime sun plus drinks hits harder than you expect. Pace yourself if you want to make the nightclub afterward.

Day to night

The best Vegas weekends connect the two. Spend the afternoon at Encore Beach Club or Wet Republic, recover for a couple of hours, then hit a nightclub. We can plan both at once so the day and night fit together and you are not booking blind. Want to start? Tell us your dates and group size, and a real host will send back live pool options and get your names on the free guest list fast.
