Halloween 2025 in Las Vegas: The Best Club Nights
Halloween falls on a Friday in 2025, which is the best possible draw. Instead of a single midweek night, the clubs get a full weekend, with costume parties running Friday the 31st and rolling straight into Saturday. It is one of the most fun weekends of the year in Las Vegas, and one of the more crowded, so the same rule applies as any holiday: the groups who plan ahead get the good tables, and the groups who wing it stand in line. Here is the plan.
The big rooms go all out
Halloween is a production night, and the major clubs lean into it with themed decor, special lineups and a crowd that actually dresses up. Omnia at Caesars, XS at Encore and Zouk at Resorts World all run marquee parties over the weekend. If you want the full spectacle with the biggest crowd and the best production, these are the rooms. Tao at The Venetian is a strong pick if you want a multi-room option so your group can move between the main floor and the hip hop room.
The costume question at the door
Costumes are encouraged and most of the crowd will be dressed up, but the venue dress code still applies underneath the costume. That means a few things in practice:
- No masks that cover your full face at the entrance, since security needs to match you to your ID. You can usually carry a mask and wear it inside.
- No real or realistic weapons as props. They will not make it past the door.
- Shoes and the usual dress code rules still hold, so a costume does not override the no-athletic-wear policy. When in doubt, lean dressy with your costume rather than casual.
If your costume is borderline, ask a host before the night. We would rather tell you in advance than have you turned away after you have committed to the look.
Two nights, two different rooms
Because Halloween runs Friday and Saturday this year, the move is to pick two different clubs rather than the same room twice. Do the big-production EDM party one night and a multi-genre or hip hop room the next, so the weekend has range. A host can balance the two so you are seeing the headliners worth seeing on each night without doubling up.
A lot of groups assume the 31st is automatically the bigger night, but that is not always true. Some clubs throw their biggest party on the Saturday, and a costume holds up just fine across both nights. If you only have one night to give it, ask a host which room is running the better lineup and the stronger crowd on each date, then build around that instead of guessing. Halloween is also a night where arriving on time matters, since the door backs up fast once the costumed crowd starts showing up around the same hour.
Getting your group in together
The single most common Halloween problem is a split group. Costumes, different hotels and a busy door mean people get separated, and on a packed night that is hard to fix once you are inside. A table solves it cleanly, because your whole group has one place to meet and one host walking you in together. If you are going the guest list route instead, the fix is simple: everyone arrives at the same time, before the cutoff, under one name on the list. A host coordinates this so a group of eight does not turn into two groups of four stuck on opposite sides of the room.
What it costs and why you book early
Halloween weekend prices like a holiday, because it is one. Table minimums and cover sit toward the top of the seasonal range, and the prime tables in the best sections go first. Our bottle service pricing guide explains what drives the number, and a costume weekend sits high on that scale. The earlier you book, the better your section and the more your group sits together instead of scattered.
If a table is more than you want, the free guest list is the easy way in. It covers reduced or no cover before a cutoff, which matters even more on a busy night when door cover spikes. Get your names down early and arrive before the cutoff and you walk past the general line in costume.
Tell a Velvet Rope host your Halloween plans and group size and we will set up both nights, get your names on the free guest list and book a table in the right room if you want one. A real host answers fast and there are no booking fees. Message a host and lock your Halloween weekend before the good tables are gone.
